A room with living room and terrace that opens onto the interior garden and fills with soft light. The artisanal tadelakt headwall converses with the green stone of the bath, and the walnut-toned flooring holds the calm. Every material shows itself as it truly is: coarse-fibered linen, aging brass, breathing wood. Objects carry memory and anchor the space in its territory, with the visible mark of the handmade. The palette rises from the Mexican earth, in desaturated tones of clay and indigo. Its own sitting area and terrace invite you to read, rest, and inhabit time with depth.

Breakfast, served your way
For Orchid Heritage House guests, breakfast is à la carte and can be brought to the room each morning, turning the first hour of the day into something slower and more private.
Fresh juice pressed to order. Coffee or tea. An Orchid breakfast that may include chilaquiles verdes, eggs to taste, seasonal fruit from the Polanco market, yogurts, and pastries arriving warm beside the coffee. The continental breakfast served daily on the Aura terrace is, of course, always yours too.
Everything is served by hand: clay from Oaxaca, glass from Jalisco, linen from the house.
Little of it announces itself loudly. All of it rewards attention.
